Candidates who are unable to download their electronic call letters may immediately get in touch with the Commission’s office via letter, phone call, fax (011-223387310, 011-223384472, or email at csm-upsc@nic.in), or in person. The Commission will not issue paper citation letters for personality tests (interviews).
