UP Teacher Recruitment 2020: Previous Round
So far 31,277 and 36,590 posts were filled in the first and second counseling rounds of UP Teacher Recruitment 2020. Appointment letters have also been sent after the counseling process is over. However, even after two rounds of counseling, a large number of seats are reported to be vacant. Therefore, there will be third round of counseling 2021 for UP Teacher vacancy. The UP Assistant teacher result of this recruitment examination was declared by the council on May 12, 2020. The appointment process of UP Assistant teacher began on May 28, 2020. Over 1.46 lakh candidates have passed the examination.
The District Allocation List of UP Assistant teacher was released on June 2, 2020. Soon after the release of the District Allocation List, Allahabad High Court had stopped the appointment of Uttar Pradesh Assistant Teacher Recruitment for 69000 posts. Later in November, the Supreme Court of India allowed the Uttar Pradesh government to fill 69000 teacher vacancies in the state as per the results announced in May 2020.
