MPPEB AEO 2020: Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB), Bhopal has issued a notification for the recruitment of the posts of Agricultural Extension Officer (Executive) and Senior Agricultural Development Officer (Executive) in the Department of Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development of the State Government.
According to the notification issued by the board on Thursday, 5 November 2020, candidates up to 40 years of age are eligible to apply for AEO posts. The board has announced a total of 863 vacancies for AEO, including direct recruitment and contract recruitment posts. For the application, the candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 per question paper.

According to the short notice for the Agricultural Welfare Recruitment Examination 2020 released by the board, the rule book along with detailed information regarding departmental rules, posts, and conduct of examination is to be published on November 5. Also, according to the notice, the online application process for 863 Agricultural Development Officer posts will start from November 10. Candidates wishing to apply for these posts will be able to apply by 24 November.

Changes in the number of dates and posts possible
The board informed through a notice that the proposed dates for the Agricultural Extension Officer recruitment process may change. Also, the number of advertised positions is also possible in which changes are possible.
Notification for Group 2 Recruitment on 25 November
On the other hand, the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board informed through other notices that the notification for the recruitment examination for the posts of Assistant Audit, Junior Assistant, Assistant and Data Entry Operator and other in various departments of the state will be released on November 25. And the application process will start from December 1. Candidates will be able to submit the online application till 14 December.
MPPEB AEO & SADO Recruitment 2020: Eligibility Criteria
1. Candidates applying for MPPEB AEO 2020 must have a bachelor’s degree in agricultural science from any UGC recognized university.
2. Candidates wishing to apply for MPPEB SADO 2020 must have a Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or a BTech in Agricultural Engineering.
3. The minimum age limit for general candidates is 18 and maximum age limit is 40. SC / ST / OBC / Women candidates are given 5 years relaxation.
A total of 863 posts are available for MP PEB AEO and SADO recruitment, out of which 791 posts are available as Rural Agricultural Extension Officer (Executive) and 72 posts as Senior Development Officer (Executive).
