ToggleHow to Download JEE Main 2021 March Admit Card (Steps from Back Then)
Even though the links are long gone now (NTA archives old stuff), here’s exactly how it worked:
- Head to the official NTA JEE Main website: https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/
- Look for the “Download Admit Card for JEE Main March 2021” link on the homepage (it was prominent when released).
- Log in using your Application Number and Password/Date of Birth.
- Enter the security pin/captcha.
- Your admit card would pop up—verify details like name, photo, exam centre, date, and shift.
- Download the PDF and take a colour printout (at least 2 copies). The self-declaration form (for the COVID health check) was attached—don’t forget to fill that!
My Personal Tip from That Era: Always download early to avoid server crashes. One of my friends waited till the last minute and had to call the helpline in a frenzy. Helpline was 0120-6895200 if issues arose.
Common Mistakes to Avoid (Lessons from 2021)
- Printing in black & white—some centres were strict about clear QR codes.
- Forgetting to paste a recent passport-size photo (if required on the form).
- Not carrying a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, etc.) along with the admit card.
- Skipping the self-declaration form—COVID rules made it mandatory; you had to declare no symptoms and sign it.
What Was on the Admit Card?
Typical details included:
