HCL Technologies also has an early career program called Techby. candidates who have passed 12th standard with 65 percent marks are eligible to apply for this program. Selected candidates will be offered entry level jobs after one year of training.
In addition, HCL Technologies supports technical scholars pursuing higher education to study at BITS Pilani or University of Science. So far, 750 students are enrolled in the HCL Technologies Techby program.
