GATE Schedule 2021 Released: We are pleased to inform you that the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2021 schedule has been released by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay at gate.iitb.ac.in. The GATE 2021 exam will be held from February 5th to February 14th, 2022. The GATE exam is a national-level entrance examination conducted for admission to postgraduate courses in engineering and technology, architecture, and science programs at various institutions across India.

GATE 2021 Exam Schedule: Important Dates
The GATE 2021 exam schedule has been released by IIT Bombay. The GATE 2021 exam will be conducted in two shifts, i.e., morning and afternoon. The morning shift will be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, while the afternoon shift will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The GATE 2021 exam will be conducted on the following dates:

The GATE 2021 exam will be conducted in a computer-based online mode. The duration of the exam will be three hours. The question paper will consist of both multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and numerical answer-type questions (NATs). The GATE 2021 exam will consist of a total of 27 papers, including two newly added papers, i.e., Environmental Science and Engineering (ES) and Humanities and Social Science (XH).
Exam Pattern:
The GATE 2021 exam pattern consists of three sections – General Aptitude, Engineering Mathematics, and Subject-specific sections. The General Aptitude section will consist of 10 questions, while the Engineering Mathematics section will consist of 15 questions. The Subject-specific section will consist of 55 questions. The total number of questions will be 80, and the total marks will be 100.
