APSCHE has published a notification, which is, “Participate in web counseling for the seats available in engineering to qualified candidates of AP ECET (diploma holders of all branches of Engineering and Pharmacy and B.Sc. Maths). The processing fee should be paid online by the candidate before web counseling.

How to Pay Processing Fee 

• Step 1: Go to https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/
• Step 2: On the homepage, Check, “Pay processing Fee”
• Step 3: Enter your AP ECET 2020 number and rank put in the specified field
• Step 4: Click on “Pay Fee Online”
• Step 5: Pay AP ECET 2020 counseling fee
• Step 6: Download the fee payment receipt and keep it safely

Once the AP ECET counseling fee is paid, candidates will receive the registration number and login ID used during the verification of documents. Once the document verification is done, the candidates have to participate in the AP ECET 2020 seat allocation process.

1. Receipt of Process Fee Confirmation

Upon successful payment of the process fee, candidates will receive their Range/License Variety, Identification Number, and Login ID through SMS. This information will be sent to the mobile number provided during the application submission or any updated number. Candidates with incomplete certificate data will be notified via SMS to attend certificate verification at the Help Line Center (HLC).

2. Creation of a Password

Upon confirming the displayed information, candidates can generate a password. This password, in conjunction with the Login ID, Hall Ticket Number, and Date of Birth, will be utilized to access options through the available internet facility at home, an internet café, or the Helpline Center.

3. Verification Status Check

Candidates are advised to check their “Verification Status” after processing the fee. For those whose information is incomplete or not verified, the registration tab will remain closed. Such candidates must visit the nearest Help Line Center for certificate verification before proceeding to option entry.

4. Documents to be Verified

The following certificates must be verified by counseling authorities:

• SSC Memo
• Diploma/Degree Marks Memo
• VII/IX Class to Diploma/Degree Study Certificates
• Caste Certificate
• Income Certificate/Ration Card
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate
• Physically Challenged Certificate
• Residence Certificate

Candidates should note that these certificates were initially verified through web services based on the information provided during the APECET2020 application. However, in some cases, verification may still be incomplete.

5. Verification Status Post Fee Payment

After processing the fee, candidates should click on “Verification Status”, enter the hall ticket number and click on “Show”. Candidates whose certificates were verified online will receive a message indicating eligibility for option entry. These candidates can proceed with the option entry as per the specified schedule, without the need to visit the helpline centres.

6. Eligibility for Fee Compensation

Verified candidates should check their eligibility for fee compensation. If the status displays as “No” but the candidate is eligible, they should visit the nearest helpline center with the original Income Certificate/Ration Card after paying the processing fee.
