List of Required Documents for Submission
Candidates must provide attested or self-attested copies of the following documents/certificates in support of the claims made or information given in the Online Recruitment Application(s) on the day of the Screening Test (CBT or offline Test) or as requested by the Commission:
- Matriculation certificate for age verification.
- Degree/Diploma certificates along with Marks Sheets for all years to support their educational qualifications. This includes provisional certificates and marks sheets for all semesters/years.
- Experience certificates, if required.
- Category certificates for eligibility verification, if applicable. Categories include S.C., S.T., O.B.C., E.W.S., Ex-Servicemen, Ward of Ex. Servicemen, WFF, Persons with disabilities, etc. All these certificates, along with any required undertakings, must be in the format prescribed by the Government of H.P. at the time. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes Certificates should be in accordance with the instructions issued by the Government, as per letter No. PER (AP)-C-F(10)-4/2010 dated 5th August, 2019.
- Bonafide Himachali Certificate for reserved category candidates.
- Candidates applying under the EWS category must submit either an “Income & Asset Certificate” or a valid BPL Certificate countersigned by B.D.O., along with a non-SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority, following the format prescribed by the H.P. Government, as per letter No. PER (AP)-C-B(12)-1/2019 dated 11th June, 2019.
