CBSE CTET Date Announced
In an important update, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ announced the rescheduled date of the 14th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on Twitter. Initially, the exams scheduled for July in 112 cities across the country had to be postponed due to administrative reasons. Now, interested teachers can mark January 31 on their calendars for the revised exam date. In response to the current challenges posed by the pandemic, the Education Minister emphasized that the exams will now be conducted in 135 cities, ensuring adherence to social distancing norms and enhanced safety measures. CBSE CTET 2020 Exam City Change Window
The board gave CTET 2020 candidates a chance to change their choice of exam city from where they want to appear for the exam. CBSE mentioned that they are now open to receiving requests from various applicants for changes in the examination city. This was done because many candidates had to change their location in the wake of the COVID-19 epidemic.
The CBSE CTET 2020 Exam City Change Window will be open from November 7 to November 16 at 11.59 pm. The notice mentions that although CBSE will try to accommodate candidates in their preferred cities, they can be allotted any other city besides this. Four cities chose him, “if the situation arises”.

CBSE Central Teacher Eligibility Test Date
Candidates have been advised to visit the official site of CBSE CTET 2020 to stay updated. Exams are usually held twice a year: in July and in December. Apart from this, it is the only qualifying exam conducted by CBSE. Notifications for the December 2020 CTET version exam are usually issued in August or September, but this year the program was interrupted due to an outbreak of the novel coronavirus.
